The 2014 100 Mile Feast is taking on a new, fabulous theme this year. Using locally sourced ingredients as we have the Chamber, is association with Waterloo Inn Conference Hotel’s Executive Chef Lori Maidlow, will be preparing a 100 Mile Feast: The Parisian Experience on June 23rd.
This brand new menu will focus on crafting a unique culinary experience by focusing on a multi-course meal inspired by the region 100 miles around Paris, France. Enjoy a meal like we’ve never offered before all while keeping with the spirit of the 100 Mile Feast theme of serving a meal that is created through locally source ingredients. To compliment our 5-course meal, there will be 5 wine pairings that will specially selected to round out each course.
Andrew Coppolino of Waterloo Region eats will be joining us once again as Emcee for the evening as he takes us through each course as well as discuss the wine pairings that are specifically picked out to compliment the delicious meals.
As in past years, a riveting live auction will keep the audience on their toes as outstanding auction items are always up for grabs.
The 100 Mile Feast: The Parisian Experience will truly be a unique evening of good fun, good company, and of course unbelievable food. This event is a wonderful way to reward your staff, entertain clients, network with other professionals, or simply have an elegant and delicious night out.
