Together with the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre, Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College and private partners Shopify  and Hubspot; The Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce its involvement with the Digital Innovation Skills Certificate (DISC) Program.

The program will connect small businesses with a Digital Growth Team of graduate students and industry coaches who will create an ecommerce solution and a digital marketing campaign for your business over a 4 week capstone project, creating measureable growth for your business.

This first-of its kind certificate program connects small business owners to the region’s tech leaders, industry experts and skilled post-secondary alumni to measurably increase digital marketing and ecommerce capability.

Small business owners are invited to submit an application on the program’s website beginning on January 23, 2017.  Join the upcoming information session on February 2^nd.

• Receive a digital marketing strategy that drives increased traffic to your business.
• Receive a customized online store that makes your products/services available to a much larger audience, resulting in additional revenue stream through your new online sales channel.

• Gain access to local talent and a chance to hire demonstrated professionals.
• Participating businesses will receive a $1,000 – $2,500 budget for this project – to be partially matched by business owner.
