Home Hardware Business After 5 at Calla Studio – April 8th

Next Tuesday, April 8th we take over the beautiful Calla Studio in Elmira for our nextHome Hardware Business After 5. This year’s BA5 event season has been record setting and with such a fabulous location to be hosted in I encourage you to come out, along with 150 of your fellow professionals for what is sure to be another wonderful and productive Business After 5!

Second Foundation Chamber Young Professionals at the Accelerator Centre – April 15th

April also brings with it another relaxed Second Foundation Chamber Young Professionals networking event this time at the Accelerator Centre in Waterloo fresh off of its Innovation Award win at the 2014 Business Excellence Awards. There will also be a brief and very informative talk by Jackie Lauer who is an experienced Accelerator Centre mentor. The focus of Jackie’s talk will be leadership and personal branding.

Manufacturing Summit 2014 – May 1st

The third annual Manufacturing Summit is also right around the corner on May 1st and will play host to over 300 manufacturers and supply chain businesses from Waterloo Region and southwestern Ontario. The focus of this year’s Summit is Local Opportunities in the Global Marketplace. Keynote speakers include Jayson Myers, President and CEO at Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters, and Jim Thorne, President and CEO at Marsen Foods. With 3 breakout sessions and insightful keynotes this year’s Manufacturing Summit should not be missed.
