arch 28, 2022 – Part Time CFO Services LLP is pleased to announce that Joel DeGroat has joined the Part Time CFO Services and Perspective team as Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Darryl Goodall, President. He will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company as we continue to grow. With his wealth of knowledge, experience, and leadership skills, our team will be able to continue to improve and prepare for future growth and success.
Joel began his career as a co-founder in a family cleaning and restoration business which grew to multiple locations in North America. Through his career, he has had several business and financial leadership roles with Stericycle, Vanhoutte Coffee Services, Red-D-Arc Welderentals, Rabba Group of Companies and most notably Servicemaster of Canada, where he was the Director of Finance and Administration for six years, prior to being promoted to their Managing Director. In addition to his leadership skills, Joel brings extensive M&A and change management experience to our team.
Joel obtained his MBA from University of Fredericton and his undergrad from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Currently living in Grimsby, Joel and his family will be relocating to the Eastern GTA later this year.
