This past year, Rochelle achieved remarkable success, generating $10,000 in sales from her signature Petite Patties, selling an impressive 1,800 patties made from scratch. This represents a 30% increase in sales over the previous year, reflecting both strong growth and deep customer loyalty. Throughout the year, Rochelle participated in 24 local markets and events, significantly boosting her brand’s visibility and forging stronger connections with her customer base.
