Accessing Student Talent Webinar Series

This webinar is the first in our Accessing Student Talent series designed for small businesses interested in learning more about working with a college or university student.

This series is a part of the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce (GKWCC)’s new initiative to help small businesses more easily connect with post-secondary students. We have partnered with the University of Waterloo (UWaterloo), Wilfrid Laurier University (WLU), and Conestoga College (CC) to connect students to small businesses in several low cost or no cost experiential learning opportunities.

This webinar will hosted by, Allison Mitchell, Experiential Learning Outreach Coordinator and Aparna Gupta, Experiential Learning Marketing Assistant.

In this 45 minute webinar, we will be providing an introduction to the initiative and answering questions that include:

  • What is the Chamber’s new Access Student Talent initiative and who are our partners?
  • How does the Chamber help to make it easier for small businesses to connect with post-secondary student talent?
  • In what ways can your business engage with post-secondary students?
  • How can your business benefit from working with a post-secondary student?

Throughout the Access Student Talent webinar series, we will be answering your questions and providing you with the tools to effectively work with post-secondary students. Check out our web page to learn more here.
