PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: By attending an in-person event, you consent to have your photo and/or video taken and used for promotional purposes by the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce and/or its event partners.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All Sales are final for premier/signature events, including: Business Expo, Chamberfest, Chamber Golf Scramble, International Women’s Day Breakfast, Vine & Dine, and the Business Excellence Awards Gala. No refund requests will be accepted. However, name changes are always allowed for any Chamber event and we encourage you to send someone else in your place. For all other events, the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce has a 5-Business Day Cancellation/Refund Policy. Please contact the Events Team at least 5 business days in advance of the event, to cancel or request a refund. If you are not able to attend an event, and the cancellation/refund timeframe has passed, please notify a Chamber Event Representative at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event, and a credit can be applied to your account for a future event registration.
PROMO CODES: If you have a promo code, please enter it during registration to receive the offer. Promo Codes do expire, and are not redeemable towards Premier/Signature Events.
